WHAT IS HYROX
HYROX is the world's largest indoor fitness race. It combines functional strength training with endurance runs and presents athletes of all levels with the same challenge. Whether you're a beginner or an experienced competitor, HYROX stands for measurable performance, community, and a real race feeling.
A Hyrox competition consists of 8 rounds. Each round begins with a 1 km run and is completed with alternating disciplines.
