WOW Outdoor

In diesem Kurs trainieren wir mit funktionellem Training beispielsweise HiiT, Core, Total Body o.Ä. Wir nutzen dafür hauptsächlich unser eigenes Körpergewicht und eventuell Klein-Equipment. Die Übungen, die wir in diesem Kurs machen, kannst Du auch gut im Club trainieren und vertiefen. Der Fokus liegt auf Kraftausdauer.

Functional Training Outdoor

Yoga ist im Endeffekt auch funktionelles Training, in dem wir mit eigenem Körpergewicht den Körper stärken und gleichzeitig mobil halten. In diesem Yogakurs werden wir uns dynamisch bewegen und uns auch mal an fortgeschrittene Posen wagen, wie z.B. Arm-Balances. Mit rumsitzen ist hier weniger &#x1f609; bring bitte eine Matte mit, wenn möglich. Sonst tut es auch ein Handtuch. Yoga findet in Englisch statt.

Yoga (EN)

Lauf Training - in diesem Lauf Training gehen wir auf die Lauftechnik ein und starten vor dem Lauf mit einem kleinen Lauf-ABC, bei dem wir uns auf die Basic Übung konzentrieren, die für jeden Läufer wichtig sind. Danach werden wir einen kleinen Dauerlauf von 5-7 km machen, so dass jeder mitkommt.

Your tasks:
<ul><li>You welcome all guests with your warm and helpful manner and make sure that all members and interested parties feel comfortable with us from the start</li><li>You look after the training area and are available to advise our members</li><li>You supervise trial training sessions and carry out individual training sessions</li><li>You create individual training plans that are tailored to the needs and goals of the members</li><li>You ensure that new members receive extensive instruction</li><li>You conduct small group workouts in the field of functional training</li></ul> Your profile:
<ul><li>You have the minimum qualification of a fitness trainer B license or another completed training in the field of fitness training</li><li>You already have practical work experience in the training area and are experienced in dealing with customers in a friendly manner</li><li>You have already carried out (small) group training</li><li>You have experience in the field of innovative training methods (e.g. TRX, Kettlebell, MedBall, etc.) and are interested in permanent professional development</li><li>You are service-oriented, strong in communication and have a self-confident demeanor</li></ul> What we offer:
