Das Haupt-Workout wird in drei aufeinander aufbauenden Intervallblöcken weitergeführt: Ausdauer, Kraft und Kraftausdauer. Mit einer Vielzahl von Cardio-, Functional-Fitness- und Kraftübungen treiben die Trainer:innen die Teilnehmer:innen an ihre Grenzen.

Bootcamp

HIIT &amp; RUN ist ein Kurs, der sich nicht nur an regelmäßige Läufer:innen wendet, sondern auch an Menschen, die noch nie sportlich gelaufen sind. Da sich der Kurs auf achtsames Laufen und dessen Grundlagen, wie das Lauf-ABC, konzentriert, wird Lauf-Neulingen beigebracht, wie man richtig läuft. Aber auch fortgeschrittene Läufer:innen können hier noch neue Dinge lernen. Für sie wird vor allem der große Block des funktionellen HIIT-Trainings sehr hilfreich sein, da dies ein Training ist, das viele Vielläufer:innen in ihrer Workout-Routine vernachlässigen. Beim HIT Burn Bootcamp geht es darum, mit einem strukturierten Trainingsansatz und intensivem Trainingsreiz in kurzer Zeit die maximalen Resultate zu erzielen. Rocket (R) Yoga basiert auf dem traditionellen Yoga des Ashtanga und fördert neben dem körperlichen Wohlergehen auch die mentale Konzentration Dieser dynamische Yogastil kombiniert sowohl eine gewisse Kraftausdauer mit Bewechglichkeits- und Balanceelementen. Bei diesem Kurs kombinieren wir Bodyweight Übungen mit kleinen Laufintervallen. Das Training beinhaltet 8-10 Laufrunden mit verschiedenen funktionellen Übungen zwischen den Runden.

Beim Functional Full Body Workout kombinierst du effektives Training mit hoher Intensität und funktionellen Übungen für den ganzen Körper. WOW Outdoor

In diesem Kurs trainieren wir mit funktionellem Training beispielsweise HiiT, Core, Total Body o.Ä. Wir nutzen dafür hauptsächlich unser eigenes Körpergewicht und eventuell Klein-Equipment. Die Übungen, die wir in diesem Kurs machen, kannst Du auch gut im Club trainieren und vertiefen. Der Fokus liegt auf Kraftausdauer.

Functional Training Outdoor

Yoga ist im Endeffekt auch funktionelles Training, in dem wir mit eigenem Körpergewicht den Körper stärken und gleichzeitig mobil halten. In diesem Yogakurs werden wir uns dynamisch bewegen und uns auch mal an fortgeschrittene Posen wagen, wie z.B. Arm-Balances. Mit rumsitzen ist hier weniger &#x1f609; bring bitte eine Matte mit, wenn möglich. Sonst tut es auch ein Handtuch. Yoga findet in Englisch statt.

Yoga (EN)

Lauf Training - in diesem Lauf Training gehen wir auf die Lauftechnik ein und starten vor dem Lauf mit einem kleinen Lauf-ABC, bei dem wir uns auf die Basic Übung konzentrieren, die für jeden Läufer wichtig sind. Danach werden wir einen kleinen Dauerlauf von 5-7 km machen, so dass jeder mitkommt.

Due to our do-it-yourself concept, our clubs are open 365 days a year from 6 a.m. to 11 p.m. However, please note that our staff is not on site every day.

Our EVO Studios do not have a wellness area with a sauna themselves.

All EVO Studios are in very central inner-city locations and can be easily reached by public transport. Due to the location, we cannot provide our customers with exclusive parking spaces near the studio.
