What exactly is SH!FT?
SH!FT is the first holistic outdoor fitness concept that offers 5 different HITT-inspired group fitness classes for people of all ages and fitness levels. With SH!FT, we are creating a community that is socially and sustainably responsible. We get you to SH!FT your perspective and let you see your hometown from a whole new angle by working out in exclusive and private locations you've never worked out in before!
The 5 SH!FT Concepts
SH!FT BOOTCAMP:
In this 45-minute outdoor class you get the full program: warmup, main part, cool down!
With the workout, which is built in three consecutive interval blocks, you can train everything at the same time: Endurance, strength and power endurance. The exercises from the functional training paired with motivating music bring your fitness to a new level!

SH!FT HIIT & RUN:
Whether you are already a runner or would like to become one, this course focuses on the basics like mindful running and the running ABC. Beginners as well as advanced runners can benefit from this, because it's not just about running alone: The combination with HIIT training also brings new impulses for experienced runners and lets them work on weak points that are otherwise somewhat neglected in their running routine.
SH!FT POWER FLOW:
This 45-minute mobility workout combines dynamic sun salutations from yoga with more energetic movements and influences from Pilates and mobility with music to create a new, holistic fitness experience. With 3 levels of difficulty, the movements are performed with intensity and speed, allowing you to challenge yourself with each new class..
SH!FT FAMILY:
Pack up your family and enjoy this 60-minute combination of playful movement and Tabata/ HIIT workout. Here, the focus is as much on the interaction between family members as it is on the fitness itself. A special structure has been created for this purpose, allowing everyone to get their money's worth and creating a holistic and unique experience.
Structure:
60-minute course with two trainers: one parent trainer and one child trainer.
Middle part:
30 min. split groups with Tabata exercises for the kids and bootcamp for the parents.
Cool down:
All together under the leadership of the parent trainer(s).
Warm up together under the guidance of the kids trainer(s).
